OVERVIEW: SWEET IDEAL (13) settled in a rearward position and produced a big finish when third (head) behind Surfingmakescents in a mile rate of 1.54.6 at her latest attempt. Considering the final quarter was recorded in a sizzling 27.4 seconds, her run was excellent and she should prove hard to beat despite the poor draw. THE IRON DUKE (12) is a versatile pacer that is ready to win against this class. He has come from a long way back at his past two runner up performances and was a winner in a mile rate of 1.56.3 at Melton on May 17. DANCE AFFAIR (9) has won two of his past four starts and he set up a hectic tempo when fourth behind the smart pacer Storms Collide at his latest attempt.
