RACE COMMENT
OVERVIEW: HOORAH PHILTRA (10) settled three back on the markers, used the sprint lane and finished fast when a game second behind Jaccka Connor last week. He struck trouble in the Reg Withers Classic prior and he appears to be well placed against this line up. THEROCKGOD (4) settled down last and produced a strong finish out wide on the track when an eye-catching third in the same race won by Jaccka Connor last week. He has been racing very well but without luck and deserves to break through for a win. DAT LOU (8) is awkwardly drawn on the inside of the second line but he is he has won three of his past five starts and is capable of figuring in the finish. He pushed forward to find the lead and defeated HOORAH PHILTRA (10) at a Shepparton victory on September 10.
