RACE COMMENT
OVERVIEW: NAI HARN BAY (7) is racing in career best form and should be suited to competing over the sprint distance of 1200m so he must be rated highly. He made a mid-race move, worked hard and was gunned down late by MIDNIGHT MOJO (3) at Kilmore last week. BONA KHAN (6) is a very quick beginner and races best when he is able to lead over short distances. He couldn’t find the lead in the early stages so he had excuses at Geelong and his third at Terang prior was sound. ISLAND CAESAR (9) raced fiercely and endured a torrid run when sixth last week. He has won three of his past six starts so he is worth another chance. PICKLE IT (2) is another fast beginner that excels over sprint distances and is worth thought from his good draw.
