OVERVIEW: APIECEOFLOU (9) will appreciate a significant drop back in class for this assignment and should prove hard to beat. He drew poorly and dropped out to a rearward position so he had excuses at his latest ninth and he had no clear run when an unlucky fourth prior. ARRAPS (6) began quickly to find the lead and held off his rivals to win at Shepparton last outing. He has won two of his past four starts and looms as one of the leading chances again. EASTBRO JESSE (11) was held up for a run at a vital stage and had little luck when seventh at Shepparton last week. He gets into this race with a concession claim and should be finding the line strongly.
