Producing some consistent results but finding wins hard to secure, HATTIES JEWEL (1) looks to have found the right conditions to capitalise. Darting through along the passing lane last start for the silver, she has the arm hustle to dictate her own position. MAJOR TRALEE (8) took control here two starts back and from the front was able to punch out a PB mile in a narrow victory. Starting from this same gate last start when making a wide run to be 6m from the winner, he can stalk the speed here and look to fire the final volley. TOBEFAIRTOYOU (9) will have peg line options on offer here where she can secure an economical trip. Beaten by gate 7 last start, she is a podium player.
