RACE COMMENT
With four wins in his seven appearances here at The Creek, JAMAICAN ROCK (6) has displayed some serious speed with his victories. Forcing the issue to take control through a sub 26 opening panel last time, he ran it hard, and they could not reel him in, posting an 11m margin. He can power up again here. VINSANITY (2) started deep into the red on The Triangle two starts back and justified the quote with an effortless victory in slick time. Left exposed last start in a slick opening half, the effort was solid behind JAMAICAN ROCK and with the chance to be first to the poles, will have options thereafter. OUR BENSON (5) started from inside the second line here on Tuesday and with the ideal trip was able to dart through for victory. This is a tougher ask from this gate. GEM PUNTER PETE (1) was second up from a spell last start when finishing best to claim a 4m margin. This is the next step from that event, but the gate is a huge plus to his hopes.
