RACE COMMENT
OVERVIEW: MURIEL (5) progressed forward to find the lead and battled on fairly well for fourth at Maryborough last outing. She is usually competitive against this class and should be prominent throughout from her good draw. MIAMI SURF (11) is a New South Wales trained pacer, which was confidently supported and finished second after trying to lead throughout at Albury two starts ago. He drops back to the second line now but he strikes a suitable assignment. VERY TEMPTING (10) has been placed at his past three starts against similar opposition and looms as one of the leading chances again. FAVOURITEHIGHTLIGHT (7) and ICANMOTOR (8) are both capable of showing up without surprising. EARLY SPEED: 5 (possible leader), 4,7 RATINGS: 5,11/ 8,10/ 7/ 9
