RACE COMMENT
RACE TEN The form trotter in Qld at present, GOLDEN SUNSET (5) is enjoying a super season to date where she has five wins and three 2nds in her eight starts. Pressing forward at the mobile 2138 last start to take control, she packed too many guns in the closing stages. Back to the mile, she can get forward again and look to make it a half dozen for the year. BERRIESANDCHERRIES (2) has hit the board in all three since arriving in the Sunshine State. A smart first up winner in the marathon where she nabbed GOLDEN SUNSET, the tables were turned at their next meeting over the mobile 2138. Working in the run last start, she has the gate to challenge. SIR FAHRENHEIT (10) has hit the line strongly at his past two starts in some impressive efforts. Looming to the front last week, he was collared in the last strides by ZEALOUS SPUR and can feature again here. ROYAL DAN (6) stepped out for the new stable at his last start where he worked hard in the run and was beaten a long way. Given a let up since that run, he can be sharper here.
