RACE COMMENT
OVERVIEW: CHASING REX (7) endured a tough trip in a sizzling mile rate of 1.52.4 last week so he had excuses. He scored at Ballarat prior and is worth another chance. ODIN (6) has only missed a place once in eight starts for the season and should run his usual honest race. He proved to be too strong in a slick mile rate of 1.54.7 last outing and this race is of similar standard so he is worth thought again. KIA ORA BEAUTY (5) finished off solidly for second at Menangle then followed with a sixth behind the handy performer Let Her Roll last week. She is a speedy mare and rates as a value hope. BUBBY TO BASE (2) is stepping up in class on her latest Wagga performances but she possesses early speed and is drawn to give a bold showing.
