RACE COMMENT
OVERVIEW: IAMAHUNTER (11) settled in a rearward position and finished off strongly when a big second behind Goodtime Captain at Bendigo last week. This race is no harder and he is capable of going one better. KALKADOON DREAMING (6) is a strong type and will appreciate a drop back in class for this assignment. He worked hard early before gaining a trail when sixth in a slick mile rate of 1.55.5 last week. MAHINDI (4) met a strong field and didn’t have much luck from a wide draw last outing. He was runner up at Albury prior and should be competitive against this line up. BLUE CANNON (10) ran his best race for some time with a handy finishing third last week and is not without a chance. BETTER BLUE BOYS (7), TOPHUT JOHNY (8) and REIGN EM IN (9) are all capable of showing up without surprising. EARLY SPEED: 2 (possible early leader), 4,6 RATINGS: 6,11/ 4,10/ 7,9/ 8
