RACE COMMENT

OVERVIEW: LOUCASSO (7) is a classy colt, which won impressively at his first two attempts before finishing unplaced in the Bathurst Gold Crown, where he moved up without cover at the 1200m, was seemingly going to finish third but broke stride with 100m remaining. He finished second behind CHAINSMOKE (1) at a recent Bendigo trial performance and should run a big race first up. SOLS ME NAME (3) was undefeated in two trials prior to a very impressive debut, where he led and put a big space on his rivals. He obviously has a promising future and is worth following. CHAINSMOKE (1) also boasts very strong trial form and was impressive at his debut. He is ideally drawn and cannot be left out of calculations.
