RACE COMMENT
OVERVIEW: ARRAPS (9) locked wheels and was checked on the first turn so he had excuses when unplaced last week ($3-00 fav). He was placed at his two attempts prior and should be competitive against this line up. MAJORS CREEK (8) was placed three times in succession prior to finishing seventh at Maryborough, where she raced out three horses wide for the final circuit. She is a versatile mare and looms as one of the leading chances. CLIVES GIRL (5) was unsuited to racing without cover for the entire journey when fifth at Shepparton last week. Her overall form is sound and she is worth following against this class. MISS PIGGY WIGGY (3) dropped back to a rearward position early and made ground out wide on the track at her latest sixth.
