RACE COMMENT
XPRESS PARTY (3) scored a dominant win last start at Redcliffe when leading all the way. Looks to come up against a similar line up but doesn’t have the luxury of gate 1 this time. Is likely to look for the lead and should be hard to beat again. SIR BRIGADOON (1) closed off strongly last start to get into third two runs ago behind Xpress Party. He can secure a good run in this race potentially behind the leader and should be far away at the finish. BLUE SUEDE ROCKA (7) scored a good win three starts ago when closing best to score. Seems to do all his best racing on the fence and gets that opportunity again in this race following a horse that’s likely to be close enough in the run. CONGO LINE (5) appears one of the class runners in the race. He was an impressive winner three starts ago in a much stronger race and with luck he can be right in the finish.
