RACE COMMENT
The car park gate does not help the chances of VINSANITY (7), but he might just have the speed to take it out of consideration. Runner-up in the quickest Trot Rods heat ever behind FACT FINDER last start, he was game when parked outside that same winner at the mile the start prior. He can defy the gate. IRON CLAD (11) appeared to have every chance to claim victory here last week but was unable to reel in the leader MY ULTIMATE BUDDHA after racing in the trail throughout. Placed his past two, he can look to challenge here. KUZMA (1) showed good improvement last start wen darting home along the passing lane to grab the silver behind COLBY. With another fence trip, he again has podium claims. CHECKNOUTTHETALENT (2) will be second up from a let up. Looking for the shortcuts when resuming from a second line gate, the added fitness and a return to the front line are in his favour.
