RACE COMMENT
After two runs back from a spell, the mapping favours might just be in the corner of SPEAK THE TRUTH (8) bouncing back into winning form. Finding the front and trying to see them off when resuming, he was collared late, and last start was buried away when midfield behind LEAP TO FAME. If the gap arrives with momentum, he can deliver. BLACKSADANCE (1) will be third up from a spell and finds the ideal conditions to put his first win of the term on the board. Forced to park out when resuming, the effort was solid and then last start from behind the tapes was not his jam. Gate 1, leading at the mile is his wheelhouse. JIMARTEE (4) was one of the few runners to make ground in the closing stages last start and caught the eye in finishing strongly behind LEAP TO FAME. He can be thereabouts once again. BIRKIRKARA (6) closed it off strongly last start from this same gate to take out a B5 event. He faces a stern rise in grade to tackle FFA company, but he does look to be very talented.
