RACE COMMENT
This is the second division of race 2 and the gate advantage might be enough for RISK TAKER (1) to find his way back into winning form. Tackling a Trot Rods 947m race last start had followed a strong win over the 2040 on The Triangle. He has the early options to capitalise. LETHAL LOUIE (2) worked early and faded late last start over the 2138 which had followed a luckless run from the second line when not too far from the winner FACT FINDER. Scoring his qualifying win just four starts back, he has the gate to challenge. COLBY (9) claimed a qualifier last week when stalking the leader throughout from inside the second line and delivering the closing shot up the passing lane. He looks well placed in this second division B5 event as a last start winner. NURBURGRING (8) will appreciate the soft trip tucked in behind the speed.
