RACE COMMENT
OVERVIEW: DEVILS BLING (12) has produced an incredible finishing burst at his two starts coming from New South Wales and will take holding out in the run to the finish again. He came from last on the home turn and angled wide into the straight when he finished over the top of his rivals to win at Cranbourne on Sunday. CHASING THE WIND (7) began quickly but couldn’t find the lead and parked without cover throughout when second in his heat effort at Geelong. He is awkwardly drawn again but he is racing in good form and should be competitive. UP AND ABOUT (6) bounced back to his best form when he settled in a trailing position, worked into the clear on the home turn and finished off fast to win at Geelong. This race is of similar standard and he is worth thought again. ALCATRAZ GIRL (4) appears to be the likely leader and has claims along with VILLAROCK (5).
