RACE COMMENT
OVERVIEW: ANGELS WATCHING (2) has returned from a spell in sparkling form having had two wins and two seconds from four attempts. He was headed off from the pole position, was held up for a run at a vital stage and appeared to be unlucky when second behind Lochinvar Magic last week so he should prove hard to beat here. MIDNIGHT PIRATE (11) is shooting for a hat trick and is versatile enough to complete the task. He circled around the field to race without cover and proved to be too strong for Watchtheclock in the fastest heat of this series last week. FLAME BLASTER (4) failed to run on as expected last week but he did use up plenty of energy at the start before taking cover. He finished off quickly with one last crack at the leaders in his efforts prior so he is worth a ticket each way. WATCHTHECLOCK (6) and CRUZ WITH ROME (7) are both racing well enough to figure in the finish. EARLY SPEED: 3 (possible leader), 1,6 RATINGS: 2,11/ 4/ 6,7/ 3/ 1
