MILITARY MERIT (8) interesting runner arriving from NSW to join the Andy Gath stable. Still a maiden after 33 starts, might be an improver here.  TROTTERSMAKEMEGREY (1) quirky trotter that has shown ability but is yet to fire this campaign. Improvement would not surprise.
