RACE COMMENT
OVERVIEW: SIR JIMMY (9) follows out behind the brilliant beginner DIAMOND ECLIPSE (2) so he should get a lovely run through and possibly might even find the top. He has won at his past three attempts including his latest strong victory at Menangle so he should prove hard to beat. HES FROM HEAVEN (6) has been racing against the genuine Metropolitan open class and will find this race to be slightly easier. He finished off in slick final sectionals when a close up fifth behind Sahara Breeze at Melton last outing. WAR DAN BUDDY (8) led throughout and recorded a slick mile of 1.50.5 at Menangle last outing. He finished fifth in the Chariots of Fire earlier in the season and will take beating with normal luck in running but he does follow out behind a moderate beginner. DIAMOND ECLIPSE (2) is racing in career best form and is perfectly drawn to suit his racing pattern. LOUIE LOU I (4), ROCKNROLL HAMMER (5), JILLIBY NITRO (7) and ISTHISJUSTFANTASY (10), which possesses a powerful finishing burst, all have claims in a quality race to commence the program.
