RACE COMMENT
ABSOLUTELY STOKED (8) was saved up for one run at them late last start which seems to be a pattern that suits this mare. She closed off strongly but just wasn’t quite able to reel in Williewa Lightning late. She should be suited by a genuine early tempo and can be running on late. TRACER BULLET (5) broke through for another victory recently at this track when finding the front and leading all the way. He then zipped off the gate nicely and was able to work to the lead at Albion Park just being run down late by Miss Hattie. EBONY BELLE (2) led recently at this track and was just run down by the horse on her back in Miss Serendipity. She has good early speed and if she can hold a forward position should be thereabouts again. WANDARY DELIGHT (6) hasn’t had a lot of luck in recent outings. She was left without cover in her past two starts which isn’t a position she has previously been suited to and she’s tired late as a result. If she can secure a more economical run she should be thereabouts late.
