RACE COMMENT

OVERVIEW: ELLAVA PACER (4) has had two wins and three seconds out of her past five attempts and is drawn to give another forward showing. She worked hard to find the lead and was run down over the latter stages when second behind Pottsy The Guru last week. MAGGACIS (8) ran a much sharper race at his second run back from a break when he moved up without cover mid-race and proved to be too strong in slick time last week. This race is of similar standard and he should go well again. FLYIN TOMMY (6) began quickly to find the lead from the outside of the front line and fought on well for second behind MAGGACIS (8) last week. He could find the lead again and is not without a chance. DANNY RAY (7) is awkwardly drawn but he ran a good race for second last week and is working up to a win against this class.
