RACE COMMENT
OVERVIEW: POWERSOFPERSUASION (11) was racing in excellent form last preparation having won five of his seven starts prior to heading for a spell. He is a recent trial winner at Mildura and will take beating if he is somewhere near his peak. PRIORITISE (9) faces a negative swing in the barrier draw but he is racing in good form and looms as one of the leading chances again. He led throughout and defeated RIO ROCK (8) at Mildura last outing. RIO ROCK (8) has been runner up at her past two starts against similar opposition and should be finding the line strongly. MODERN GINGER (3) produced a huge run when third behind KEAYANG MOROCCAN (7) last week, where he worked very hard in the run and kept on fighting.
